When performing our inspection, we take our time to review the existing conditions of the building. Having a clear understanding of the building structure (age of the structure, age of the roof, previous repairs), helps us to identify potential defects prior to performing the inspection. Once we learn how the building performs in its current conditions, we focus on highlighting current and future deficiencies using our Drone Technology and Software. After the inspection is completed, all the footages are turned over to our building envelope expert to be analyzed. A comprehensive and detailed report is generated summarizing all defects and includes a recommendation page based on our experience..
