Professional Pre-Construction Survey serves to document the existing conditions of all land, assets, and features within the limits of the construction prior to mobilizing and starting the construction. We spend a significant amount of time documenting a list of items that includes sidewalks, curbs, boulevards, parks, roadways, structures, and private or public lands. Any noticeable pre-existing defects (cracks, spalling, settlements, rutting, and movements) are recorded in a comprehensive and detailed report.
